Icetips Software operates a technical support Bulletin Board for you to use
for any Clarion related technical inquiries.
It makes no difference to us if you are one of our customers or a visitor,
you are always welcome to drop by and check out the threads on our Bulletin
Board.
We have several groups set up for your convenience. We also have
groups for alpha and beta testers for their convenience during
testing periods.
The Icetips Support Center
is where we will be directing all our direct
support traffic. Right now it is under development but we expect to
have it operational by the end of February, 2004.
Our Icetips Cowboy
SQL version 6.0 is the first of our products to have the technology requried
for the direct link from our products to the support center. We will
embed this technology into all our products as we release new versions and
hope to have all products connected to the Icetips Support Center by the
end of 2003.
